The Good People is a talent placement studio dedicated to bridging the gap between marginalized communities and industry leaders in need of skilled service-based professionals.

Women from low-income households face extremely high unemployment rates, almost twice as high as men.

Survivors of domestic violence struggle to re-enter the workforce, with most unable to regain stable employment.

Youth from marginalized or low-income backgrounds lack access to skills and opportunities, leading to consistently high unemployment.

  • The Good Bakery & Barista

    Hands-on training in baking, pastry basics, and barista skills. Students learn everything from brewing techniques to café operations, preparing them for jobs in bakeries, cafés, and F&B establishments.

  • The Good Salon

     Training in hair cutting, styling, makeup, and basic beauty services. Students gain skills directly applicable to salons, beauty studios, and freelance work.

  • The Good Kitchen

     A practical culinary program that teaches cooking foundations, food prep, hygiene standards, and kitchen workflow. Graduates are ready for entry-level roles in restaurants, catering, and food production.

  • The Good Tailoring

     A sewing and garment production class focused on pattern-making, stitching techniques, and clothing repairs/alterations. This prepares students for jobs in tailoring shops, garment factories, or small-business entrepreneurship.
